I’d say your field is really unique. Val ran an energizing and inspiring workshop at a women’s retreat. Our team loved it and couldn’t stop talking about it!! Val’s drumming workshop is perfect for a conference/retreat or business event to invigorate those in attendance. It eliminated the after lunch crash that often happens when you organize a professional development day. This was such a great addition to our day and a huge part of its overall success! Every business event needs a session like this!
Val came to our Club do to a DROM session with all of our different departments. She did such a fantastic job bringing everyone together, getting all of us out of our comfort zone (even the COO!!) and ensuring we had such a fantastic time. I thoroughly enjoyed the drumming experience last night. I honestly didn’t know what to expect but it was a fabulous combination of exercise, fun and meditation and the time just flew! It was truly amazing to see so many women get off their seats to take part in Val’s DRŌM™ Energizer. I’ve never seen so many smiling faces. You could see on all their faces that they were energized afterwards. I even heard one lady say later she’s usually uncoordinated but really enjoyed the drumming activity.
